At Megadeals, we strive to offer a seamless shopping experience with our Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option. Below are the terms governing our payment policy:
1. Accepted Payment Method
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only for all orders.
2. How COD Works
Place your order without any upfront payment.
Pay the order amount in cash when your order is delivered.
3. Order Verification
For security, our delivery agent may request OTP verification or ID proof before handing over the package.
Please ensure the contact number provided is active for delivery updates.
4. Refunds for COD Orders
If you return an item under our Return Policy, refunds will be processed via NEFT (Bank Transfer).
To receive your refund:
Email support@megadeals.co.in with:
Order number
Bank details (Account Holder Name, Account Number, IFSC Code)
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
5. COD Limitations
Maximum Order Value: ₹10,000 per order (subject to change).
Geographic Restrictions: COD may not be available in certain remote/pin codes.
Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to cancel suspicious COD orders.
